If you move across state lines, even if it� s a 10 minute drive, the quote is BINDING. We were told that the quote would be flexible, depending on actual time and amount of material used, until after I already signed the contract and payed the deposit. Then they told me the contract was binding and the price was locked in. The people who actually packed and moved our stuff were PHENOMENAL.
The moving team was fantastic, but understaffed. Because of this, the move was very slow and costly. Be sure to overestimate the size of your move to ensure you get the team size you need. We called several times in advance to ensure this, and still only received two movers.

Hi cost of wrapping. I had a 3 bedroom home with medium furniture and I had all of the beds broke down we were quoted a rate of 199 a hour and a 15 percent fuel Charge. We only moved 10 miles away it jumped to 250 a Hour because another worker showed up They were pleasant but they moved very slow and inexperienced. The bill came to 3000 dollars. Also I have several claims that I will have to go through a lot of red tape to collect No way in hell that I would recommend this company.
Watch out for the shell game. These guys are not trustworthy.
Horrible experience. They didn� t wrap my furniture. They put my most expensive piece in the truck with no padding or wrapping. My dining table was rolled on the driveway and the edges destroyed. Was told the TVs and mirrors would be boxed and they were not. They removed the cords from the tvs and have no idea where they were placed. Came to the job with no tools to take apart the beds. After asking 3x for a mirror to be packaged they still left it on the wall. Had to hire someone else to move it for me. Also took an iPhone ... read more
Awful, they tell you they have 3 movers, only one is experienced and the others are right out of training. The experienced guy micromanages the inexperienced and you are paying for this. They left my items, did not empty my boxed attic, left my refrigerator, and did not put my beds together at my new place. The management does not care about the customers or employees. We use them in November of last year. I told him the size of the house, they sent one truck and four people, another person finally came and I would have later. One of the first four smells so bad of a controlled substance that I called the company to let them know. Show them the entire house that needed to be moved, they did not finish the job, put together furniture as I said they would, and stopped before the move was done. Horrible company to hire!! They lie about the price once you are ready to pay for the service... would not ever te recommend to anyone
