The movers were not professional in any way. They were rude and made no effort to distance themselves or wear masks. They damaged my sofa and my desk. They worked less than one-half hour and were adamant when I insisted they work longer. There was a 2-hour minimum charge and I got the impression that they never worked long. I really would not recommend to them to my worst enemy.
It is sad to say how unprofessional this company is. They are scam artist who take advantage. They tell you one price to get your business but once they load up the truck they will not deliver your belongings until you pay them and then the price is doubled what they told you. Also they damaged my wall, floors, and door. I went with them because this site vouched for them. With the amount VI of complaints they have I do not understand how they are listed.
Absolutely Horrible. Moved 3.5 miles. My cherry dining room table and chairs, very large scratches, large custom made bar, large gouges. Leather sofa, chair and recliner, large scratches, and rips. Very poor job in wrapping furniture did not use moving blankets. Their quote was different than what was communicated, had to argue the day of the move, and get it changed. Stressful! They worked slowly, charged by the hour and charged for Everything! (tape,blankets,fuel sur charge ect...) It ended up being almost double with all the extra's. They really didnt know how to maneuver around the house, up the stairs or around furniture and if my son was not here helping there would have been a lot more damage.
This company did not complete the entire move as requested. I had to call several people over a period of days to have my move completed - they left behind the legs to a chair (which they removed), several pieces of bedroom furniture, boxes, and their trash in the floor. Additionally, I was missing several items after the move that I have not recovered. I do not recommend this company.
They give you a rice of 100.00 hr don t believe it my job took less than 1/2 hour they charged me $300, originally tried to charge 400
Not only did they not have enough moving trucks and i had to rent another on my own, they didnt deliver on time. EVERY piece of furniture was damaged (including 2 65" TVs) and had electronics stolen. When they unloaded the items there are even marks and a hole in the walls of my newly built home. Thousands of dollars in damages and thousands of dollars in stolen items. I hired them gave 100 dollars. They came out to the job and then they just left and did not job! Did not refund me my money in fact they never reached back out. they are a MESS
It took this crew of three 4 hours to load a truck. The crew leader was incompetent. He yelled at his subordinates and took forever to figure out how to pack the truck. They did not remove the shrink wrap from my furniture once it arrived in my new home. They left the legs off of my couch and broke a piece of furniture.
