Terrible company called them to tell them I was missing items and where on the truck they were loaded and they ignored me and sent me to their corporate office…. I’ve used moving companies many times over the years and have had never had an issue until I used all my sons!! I should’ve believed the reviews I saw online..
I would NEVER HIRE these movers again. We moved back in May and June. I haven’t time to review until now because we had our 1st baby in July and we’ve had a lot going on…DUSTY was the estimator that was sent to our apartment to estimate the cost of the move. We explained to him that we were a military family and I would be very pregnant when we moved, so I wasn’t going to be able to pack as much and move as much I would normally like to. Your employees shouldn't laugh in your client's face when things don't progress as planned. Unprofessional.
Honestly, I wanted to recommend All My Sons, but I just can't. They have great reviews and the guys were awesome but they refuse to compensate when they break anything. It does not matter if you have sufficient evidence or if you follow all of the procedures to file a claim, they do not care. Now we are out an additional $1100. Go somewhere else to avoid this headache.
This was the worst experience EVER! Not recommended 0 stars. This company is a complete rip off . A move that should have only taken 4 hours at the maximum took 7 hours and cost $1200. The movers were great people they worked as best they could with what was given. The customer service center that schedules their moves for them is a joke. I told her we would need more than 2 movers and she didn't listen. $129 an hour for my family to still have to help pack the truck. I can't even express in words how disappointed I am. The PNS franchise did not deliver as sold / promised. Did not send size crew contracted for, Multiple items damaged, missing parts upon unloading, pictures and mirrors in boxes with no wrapping.
Absolutely awful. We were scheduled for the first morning move of the day. Then found out a crew wasn’t available day of. Then we’re told between 12-2 and again no crew. No one showed up until 6pm to move my elderly mother. The the two movers were purposefully wasting time to increase the bill no doubt and took 3.5 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment. They did not pack anything. The apartment was fully boxed at the door to go upon their arrival. Would never use this awful company.

RecommendedI thank these 3 guys very much (Tracy, Monty, and Jerry) They all 3 have really good personalities, work well with their clients, and very mannerly. They have fun while definitely getting the work done. I hope to never move again but if I do, I will call Brad or James and ask for them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
