Today going north on hwy 85 in Crestview around 5:22 pm, one of their drivers pulled out of Tom Thumb (one by corner of John King Rd) and cut off 2 cars, nearly hitting both at the same time. He didn't stop for the ongoing traffic, rather he gunned it to cut them off in order to get in the left lane to get to I-10. Then their SECOND truck whom was directly behind him at the gas station decided to do the exact decision and cut off another two drivers that were directly in front of me. My next door neighbor used this company. The guys decided to be lazy and backed their large, heavy truck down my driveway and yard without my permission. The truck is already heavy and left ruts in my mole infested yard. I went to ask the guys how heavy the truck is and will be because I have a sprinkler system that could be broken. The guys just laughed me off. Poor customer service!!!! Even Nebraska Furniture won't pull their trucks, that are same size, into the drive way. Have pictures if needed
These people do dishonest work and are nothing but deceitful about their true prices. If they quote you 3-400 You should anticipate a charge between $500-700.00 BEWARE OF HERMAN AND JASON. They seam friendly and are eager to help you, but they hide a huge portion of the over all costs and are nothing but GARBAGE!! I will be posting this to ALL company sites and om ALL SOCIAL MEDIA!! We recently used them as movers for our recent move. While the move itself went OK, the men were friendly and professional, but they rushed through the move and were sloppy. We had told them that we weren't taking the mattress and table, which were trash and we wanted them to dispose of them, but for whatever reason, they still left it at the old apartment. The movers were excellent, the office personnel lie to you on the quotes, I called explaining the situation, the manager hung up in my face....I wasn't even trying to get money back, these guys are crooks, if you use them please make sure you get your quote in writing...Frank the owner has bad judgment when hiring his staff except when it comes to the movers, the Pensacola, FL office is full of Crooks......Beware you've been warned.

Very unhappy with this company. From the $500 over charged price to the broken furniture and my brand new dryer that I can't even open now. My wall has a chunk missing out of it from the mover hitting it with furniture. I tried to tell Frank about it and his words were just well I'm sorry you are unhappy. I was told I would have 3 movers come to my home to move my stuff. Moving is not my forte...I had also already explained I had horrible family emergencies going on all week and the night before my move I had both my kids and ran out of boxes, but had no option to go the store with 2 sleeping children by myself...So there were some things not packed and for that I apologized to the movers.
