Never use All My Sons. They are unprofessional, rude, and will ruin your furniture. Not only were the movers over two hours late because the company did not have available trucks (although I had schedule the move weeks in advance), they destroyed the side of a parked car in front of my building. Once the movers actually started working, they took breaks every 20 minutes to go smoke, and although it seemed that they were packing the furniture in a professional manner, one my bedside tables got completely ruined. I had a horrible experience with AMS. I contracted with them a month before my move date. They were supposed to call within 24-48 hours of arrival. When I had not heard from them, I called and was told they fired their weekend driver and would not be able to move us as scheduled. We were able to schedule for the following day after jumping through hoops with customer service, however, after 3 hours of them packing up the house it became apparent that they were not going to be able to fit all of our items in the truck - when ... read more

Chose this company after a review of multiple vendors, and arranged and secured deposit 30 days before closing. Confirmed 2 weeks out and additionally week of the move. The day before they contacted me, needed to move the date, when I declined the quote increased by 700.00. Fast forward, they did t show up on the moving date. PLEASE BEWARE � DO NOT USE THIZ COMPANY � EMPLOYEE HARASSED AND CAME ON TO ME AND THE COMPANY REFUSES GO ADDRESS IT I used All My Sons for my move in April. Do not recommend. Unclear pricing, not the price I understood. slight damage to items.
I was grossly overcharged. I have been calling and emailing and have been brushed off, ignored, or assured that the issues would be resolved and then the person promising to resolve the issue disappears. The crew was very friendly, but slow, careless, and reeked of weed. I do not care if you smoke, I just want my furniture undamaged and my boxes right side up.
Eddys team, you guys rock! Tetris masters and hard working. However your guy in the office I am not too thrilled with. Needed my stuff moved 7 miles to a 10x10 storage unit. Also asked about 2nd load to the dump in opposite direction. I live in Roy. Was told no problem. A week before I called to cancel. Afraid was going to be too expensive once realized they are out of SLC. The guy convinces me it is not. Even arranges to move date up. I waited to write this review to give All My Sons a chance to make this right. This was a disaster from the very beginning. Hired 4 man crew, got a 2 man crew. Fuel charge (14% on total) was not disclosed until confirmation - too late to change. The move took 13 agonizing hours, cost 3 times what was estimated. The movers were polite and nice, company is a disaster! I have been working with claims for 6 weeks with no resolution. I still do not have a breakdown of charges! Do nott hire All My Sons- you will regret it.
I would never recommend All My Sons to anyone. They called me three times before my move to discuss pricing, and I thought they were being incredibly transparent with pricing. Much to my surprise, they charged us an additional $200 in packing materials to simply shrink wrap a few pieces of furniture, and tape some cardboard onto our TV to protect them.
