Installer was on time and did a great job of explaining the situation. Located the part and installed it in the afternoon! In addition he figured out how to temporarily get the heater to work until he could put in the new part.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Was on time and respected our property while he did his job and performed his job in minimal time. Would request his assistance the next time we need service.
When we had our review and estimate, the rep. was very knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth All weather is a very good company that sells top shelf products at a reasonable price.
