I love my Carrier Heat and air..after 3 yrs of service maintance not any problems. The heating and cooling guys are all professional, knowledable, and most helpful and teach and recommend how to take care of it. I plan to renew my service contract with the company. Well worth the money spent.

Ashton the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quietly went in and out, up and down inspecting every part of our HVAC systems. He spent time answering our questions as well as detailing past, present and future issues concerning our comfort levels at different times of the year. He then spent additional time helping us to locate the correct filters to purchase online and explained the pros and cons of MERV ratings based on our household needs. Great company with fantastic employees.
