Honestly, This is our third mortgage prepared by VIP. We won't use anyone else for mortgage services. The service we receive is exemplary. Other mortgage companies can take a few lessons from VIP.
Allen's professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness is top-notch. The lending process is completely out of my wheelhouse but his knowledge, communication skills and patience certainly were a major contributor for a seamless and successful transaction. Simply the best in my book!
I was once a not-great mortgage processor, so I know what a not-great mortgage process looks like. It means delays; there are days progress could be made and doesn't. With Allen, I didn't have any of those downsides; every single day that there was something that could be done to move the process forward, it moved forward as much as possible.
