So easy to complete the entire process. The most time consuming part, as expected, was completing the application. Minimal questions, responses were prompt and attentive to details. Easy closing, didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. Overall a pleasant experience; as many know, refinancing can be a pain. Truly a painless process. Thank you.
Allen and his team did an awesome job processing our re-finance. He was honest, openly communicated and kept us aprised of the process. Options were provided and recommendations for the best options for us at the time.
