I appreciated that Allen was upfront and honest about the length of time it would take to get things approved and finalized. Despite this it did take quite a while to get everything through. Additionally, I had to reach and get updates. One area of opportunity is more communication around the steps of the process. Please include info stating what the step is and what is expected from the applicant (I.e. it’s in underwriting. What is this step and am I going to be expected to provide anything).
