Allen worked hard to find the best deal for us, even though it was much more work for him and he stuck out his neck to represent our interests. The process took a long time and had a small glitch along the way but that was also due to us requesting changes in direction several times. When he missed something he was upfront about it which I think goes a long way in establishing trust in this relationship.
