Allen worked hard to find the best deal for us, even though it was much more work for him and he stuck out his neck to represent our interests. The process took a long time and had a small glitch along the way but that was also due to us requesting changes in direction several times. When he missed something he was upfront about it which I think goes a long way in establishing trust in this relationship.
Allen was always available for questions and kept us informed throughout the loan process. His advice and honesty along the way was something that made us feel comfortable and made for a easy decisions. We’ll work with Allen again!
Allen was professional, informative, and personable. It is a crazy busy time to be refinancing, but he kept us up to date and in the loop through the whole process. He also got us a better rate than others - bonus!
