Allen was great with communication through the process. He was always available for a call to explain or help with any questions/concerns. He made the entire process very smooth and pain free
I had worked with a couple loan officers before coming to Allen and he is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had switched to self-employed and all of the other loan officers could not figure out how to get my approval and Allen was so helpful and was able to navigate that path.
