When buying our first home we were very "green" in the process. We got preapproved through our bank, found our home that we loved and were then told by the bank we couldn't choose that home due to the location and style. We tried other banks in town and they all turned us away. Our realtor gave us Allen's number and said if anyone can make it work, its this guy. Allen was great to work with from the beginning throughout the process. He took the time to get to know me prior to working on my mortgage. Allen has a great grip on what is required to make the process go smoothly. He is prompt with his responses and has a high "say to do" ratio. Allen wastes no time in pushing to get closure on items required during the process and updates you periodically with status. Highly recommend him if you want someone reliable and hardworking, yet personable and friendly!

Allen was extremely helpful in purchasing our Arizona home from out of state. He worked with us for a year and a half. He was patient, very knowledgeable and compassionate. I had no idea what it would be like purchasing a home from out of state. Allen and his team made it so simple. We started the process a year and a half ago. In that time things happened to have us postpone our purchase. Allen and his team were understanding and when the time came to pick back up where we left off he was happy to do so and we got it done.
