Allen was super patient with us and when other lenders told us no, Allen told us what to do to make it a yes. Absolutely the best part of our home buying experience.
Allen was great to work with from the beginning throughout the process. He took the time to get to know me prior to working on my mortgage. Allen has a great grip on what is required to make the process go smoothly. He is prompt with his responses and has a high "say to do" ratio. Allen wastes no time in pushing to get closure on items required during the process and updates you periodically with status. Highly recommend him if you want someone reliable and hardworking, yet personable and friendly!
