I felt that Allen and his staff were experienced and knowledgable. The mortgage process was straightforward, with no surprises. Allen's preliminary assessment over the phone turned out to be remarkably close to how everything eventually turned out.
It was a delightful experience working with Allen and his team at VIP Mortgage. They were very professional and proficient as we went through the loan process. Allen didn't just keep telling you the same info over and over hoping you understand it one of the timed, instead he would explain the info in many different ways until you actually understood what the process was and steps to follow. Allen and his team were very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with!!
Allen and his team were able to do a cash out re-fi on our investment property that no one else was able to do. Not only was he able to do the deal but he got us an even better rate than expected and the paperwork was easy!
