Allen is extremely knowledgeable he and his team were also incredibly organized and responsive. I have bought and sold a number of homes. Allen and his team were by far the best mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. He has a passion for his job and really cares about his clients.

Allen didn't just keep telling you the same info over and over hoping you understand it one of the timed, instead he would explain the info in many different ways until you actually understood what the process was and steps to follow. Allen and his team were very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with!!

Allen and his team were able to do a cash out re-fi on our investment property that no one else was able to do. Not only was he able to do the deal but he got us an even better rate than expected and the paperwork was easy!
