I had a great experience with Allen and the whole team at VIP Mortgage. This was my first home purchase and they made the whole process as easy as possible. We closed on time without any issues. Allen even helped shop around for homeowners insurance and was able to get a policy that was far less expensive than any of the quotes that I had received. I have worked with Allen twice: once for my first home purchase of a townhome and again for the purchase of my detached home. Both times he was courteous, informative and personable. He even remembered me 3 years later for my second purchase! You just don't see this kind of customer commitment these days.
