The staff are efficient and friendly. I was treated by Abbey Donze, PA at the Brookwood Blvd. location. She treats me like a friend and listens patiently to what I need to tell her. I recommend them.
Great Dr. (Mike Polcari) He took time, seemed to care, very knowledgeable and personable. Gave Hope! Staff friendly and kind.
Dr, Pacari was great. This was our first time meeting him due to Dr. Anderson not working at this location today. He had good bedside manners and was very nice and made us feel important. He viewed our charts, discussed everything and gave us an action plan. He even had a long conversation with my son unrelated to our visit. Very good people skills. Even the nurse practitioner was great as well. Even though we will only see him once a year, we are looking forward to our visit.
Friendly staff and fast service
Dr. Polcari is very caring and will listen to your concerns. He shares your options for your treatment. Nurses are very caring as well.
After years of being ignored or blown off by doctors, I found someone who listened and spent 45 mins answering my questions. They went out of their way to find answers and be efficient during my visit.
Dr. Soong is very thorough and takes time to listen. He makes sure to answers all your questions The staff is very courteous and friendly.
I just have to say the staff was very kind and understanding. The wait was a little long but once we were seen it was worth it. Would highly recommend this team! Thank y’all again for the excellent care provided to my daughter.
