We have taken all our animals to the team at Alliance and love the way they take care of each of them - always so attentive to each of them. Our latest addition Lulu German Shepard mixed was showered with affection and doggy biscuits 😊 by the staff while getting checked in.

We have taken our pets to these fine folks for many years, even before they opened the Heritage Trace location. Now that I run a dog rescue, I’m there more than ever! The veterinarians and the staff are absolutely outstanding people. Not only do I trust them with my personal dogs, who mean the absolute world to me, I also trust them to help evaluate and rehabilitate those tough cases that I rescue from the streets; and there’s nothing more challenging. Today we had to make a very hard decision about our Roxy Roo. She was a 14 1/2 year old Staffordshire mix that had been with our family since she was a puppy. Her body finally gave out and we didn’t want her to be in pain. Dr. Loveless and the staff were so kind. They were compassionate and understanding during this difficult decision. They had a special room set up before we arrived so we could carry Roxy in and lay her on a pillow. They took her footprint in clay and gave it to us before we left. Brought Mr Rudy in for 1st visit meet and greet. The front staff was great. Rudy wows all the girls lol . They got us registered into the system and even double checked and verified a computer glitch on proper address with rest of Fur Babies at home. The receptionist Lexi was professional and eased this Papa's anxiety. Dr. Kelly was great answering all my questions and then some. Seemed honestly interested in the care and well being of Rudy.
