I really love the level of customer service I have received from all of the staff. They are very friendly and truly care about the wellness of my animals. They remember you and your pets and ask how they are doing. The veterinarians are extremely knowledgable and compassionate. They take the time to really listen to your concerns and want to provide the best medical service for your animal. I trust them completely.
We have been customers of Alliance Animal Health Center since they opened their Heritage Trace Hospital years ago. We recently had an experience which reminded us why we are so loyal to this outstanding veterinary group. Our beagle had increasing problems with oral health as her teeth were retaining far too much tartar and decay. Love, love, ❤️. Our fur baby is always well taken care of no matter if it is grooming, boarding, yearly exams or those emergencies that we seem to have. We could not have found a better place to care for our Roxie. 🐾🐶

I've been using AAHC and AHPG for 11 years now. I love all of the staff here. They obviously care about their patients (and patient parents) quite a bit. I will recommend this place to anyone who will listen.
I had to have my sweet fur baby euthanized this past Wednesday. It's always difficult when you get to that point where you have to say goodbye. I was lucky enough to have Sandra and Dr Reigle there to help my baby cross over peacefully and with dignity. First, they are people friendly. To me, that already speaks volume. My wife and I felt very welcomed and enjoyed the hospitality from Alliance Animal Health Center. The staff are friendly and I can't say enough about how compassionate and caring they are for everyone they serve. I love what they offer in boarding, grooming, and vaccinations. We will definitely return in the future!!!
