My dogs case was handled poorly by the staff. And I’m currently trying to get a hold of the practice manager to discuss this matter. I wouldn’t recommended this place to anybody that’s for sure .
BLOWN AWAY!!!! We are Colorado Natives and have recently moved to the area. It's scary trying to find new doctors and vets that you trust. From start to finish, I couldn't say anything better about my experience. I'll never go any where else and look forward to building a relationship with the the staff and the rest of my furry family!

We brought in a stray because we could see she visably had worms. When we came in and made the appointment we were quoted one price for the office visit then when the appointment started the tech gave us another. They refused to give us the previously quoted price even acknowledged the girl upfront misquoted us. We are not intenting to keep the stray but trying to do right for the dog while we are trying to get her into a rescue. The tech even told us to let the reacue handle it. Refused to email records of my animals to my new vet, overpriced. The lady vet doesn't know what he is talking about. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about more than your money.
To whom it may concern: I have been coming to alliance animal health at the basswood location for over 15 years. I remember my dog dying on my 16th birthday and how great everyone was at that facility to help. They had a great program to plant trees in my dogs honor & a few months later when my other dog died the same treatment.
