Beware they are not honest. I called to get my dogs teeth cleaned. They said it would be $70 for first visit then $300 for the cleaning. When it was all said and done it was almost $1000. Very unethical! The vet spent less then 1 min with us for our $300 visit. And my dog now has a cough from his visits there getting his teeth cleaned. Look for somewhere else. Don’t get caught in the trap!

I've been using Alliance Animal Health Center for 15 years and have been more and more disappointed with them but today I am officially done! A very rude technician came out to get my dog. I told them I wanted my dog very closely clipped to get rid of her mats she has this time of the year. She literally changed the price in front of me from $70 to $85 without even looking at my dog and then told me it might increase as they groom her. Took my long haired cat to be shaved. They gave him back half shaved, and he still had clumps around his neck. He looks like he has an underbelly skirt.

Have a cat (who has been their patient for years) who is ill. We think he is at end of life and wanted to get him seen today. Got a very curt response from their staff that they are too busy and that we should find an emergency clinic to take him to. This from the place that has seen our multiple pets for over a decade. We have never been seen at our scheduled time that I can recall, always because they are assisting another owner with an urgent matter. We’ve brought several of our families dogs to alliance animal health for years and recommended them to friends. When we first started going everything was great!! The doctors were amazing and still are! But the front office staff has gone completely downhill. They used to be very friendly and helpful but the new group that started in the past 3 years has been horrible, rude, and completely messed up my sweet dog with diabetes medication.
