We had to get a replacement top for one of our nightstands. When assembling, the hole for the dowel was apparently made to deep, when my husband tapped it in it cracked the top. Our other nightstand assembled with no problems. I sent photos of the damaged piece and they handled the claim promptly. Very pleased with customer service.

I bought an extended warranty on my Dell PC and after 1 1/2 years I started to get a lot of browser errors and windows closing. It was Laggy, glitchy and bad performance across the board, Square Trade had a technician remote into my computer and he did various tests, and some of his tests failed. I unfortunately scratched a pair of prescription sunglasses right in the middle of my line of sight, and I’m very glad I purchased the protection plan when I bought them. My Allstate policy came through so that I could replace them just as promised, and the process was not difficult, nor was it dragged out as some companies might do. I am very pleased and will use them again.
