The claim I had, they took information, explained everything and sent a check within a few weeks. I appreciate them getting information and not doubting our claim. I've only ever filed claim from different insurance companies very few times, but every once in a while you get one that isn't very cordial. Thank you for your great service and support.

Having the Allstate protection for my prescription sunglasses was a great investment. Though I am careful to store my sunglasses in a case, during the year the lenses got scratched from daily use and frequently taking them off and on. Getting my replacement was fast and easy. I will always get Allstate protection on any prescription eyewear.

Service was good butTerms of protection not clarified on purchase. Coverage was for $89.00 used Auto Part and on filling of claim within the one year period for part that malfuctioned I wqs offered only $75.00 as warranty refund.
