Only thing preventing 5/5 was the update status on the Internet after initially filing claim... Made it it looks like you were cancelling the initial request and starting all over
Had an issue with an Air Conditioner, called, they asked if I could call a Company to come and look at it. I stated I live in Florida and it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Lady said hold on for a few minutes and as I did she got back on the line and said how about a gift card to Sam's Club for the same price. She emailed me10 minutes later and I had the card. Took maybe 25 minutes in all.
Bought for grandson little over year side broke he was so sad but we had insurance so we sent them in to be fixed got them back he was so happy to get results
I have acquired Allstate Protection on number of items that I have purchased from Sams, Walmart and Ebay. I have only had to use them twice. Both times the experience was incredibly good. I now will give preference to vendors that offer this protection over other vendors when I have a choice. THANK YOU ALLSTATE!!!
