They took care of everything.
It was easy and great. They gave me options to try to fix the item as well. But in the end, I still needed a refund because the same or equal item wasn't available I guess.
We purchased a Keurig a year and a half ago and I threw in the protection plan almost as an afterthought. I'd forgotten about it. Well, our Keurig went kaput and I was starting to look into getting a new one, when my mom asked if I had the protection plan for it. I did! Through the protection plan, I was able to get a brand new Keurig, actually a slightly upgraded version, at no cost to us! This plan was for my eyewear and was well worth the cost. It was easy to use when I needed it. I had my plan for two years and didn't use it but it came thru for me when I did need it. Thanks.
