I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. I contacted Consumer Cellular and they referred me to Allstate. The agent listened to my problem and quickly located a local repair shop. She gave me a claim number and explained what I needed to do. I brought my phone in and they determined that the replacement screen would have to be ordered. It arrived within a couple of days, I made an appointment for the repair, and it was fixed perfectly. I'm totally satisfied with the entire process.
