We are not happy with Alpine animal clinic! Since they got the pet desk app we can’t even talk to a real person. We left a message on PetDesk like we were instructed and no one ever got back to us. We had moved to another vet in town and canceled our appointment. I received a text two days later asking how my visit was and to please leave a review, here it is! They didn’t even know we didn’t show up.

We boarded our 6 year old boxer here for a weekend and we returned to find that the staff had somehow LOST our dog. She had been missing for 12 hours before they noticed she was gone and though their security alarm was triggered, they chalked it up as a malfunction. Luckily Kona was found safe, but that very well could not have been the case. If you love your pets and would like to see them again after a weekend away, consider boarding elsewhere.
RecommendedAfter using this clinic for a decade, they abandoned us during the critical aging years of our beloved pets. Emails to administration asking for guidance or help remain unanswered. Spent several tearful calls with heartless staff. Our family will never support this clinic again. Whatever changes they've made in recent years destroyed a good community resource.
