Beware. Vets are great. Office staff are horrible. Appointments made while standing at the desk. Bring the cat in 2 weeks later for appointment. no appointment made. Card in hand with date and time. Argued and rude. Tried to send us to a different vet. Denied even knowing the animal. This has happened numerous times. Talked with office manager. All we hear is we are sorry. Drove 40 miles to pick up medication. Staff refused to give it to my elderly Mom with a pet with cancer that was severely ill from chemo. Unacce... read more
