Service was prompt and very professional. I particularly appreciate the time taken to communicate before, during, and after my procedure. For me, information is good.
My appointment was at 8:30 and i didn't leave until 10:12. That was way to long to be there to get my teeth cleaned! Besides that everything was great!
Alsbury Dental has been taking care of my teeth for about 13 years and I have never once been disappointed in their service. During the 13 years I have not seen a dentist or hygienist outside this group ; this in itself pretty well sums up my degree of satisfaction with them. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.
Staff was exceptional from the first phone call(Christy) to the check out phase. Any Doctor that sees me within 5 minutes upon arrival is exceptional in my book. I would have given 5 stars but the estimate for repairs on my broken tooth were on the high side (my opinion). I feel like Im in good hands and am returning for the repair of my tooth in the morning.
My first visit to Alsbury Dental was beyond my highest expectations. The courteous greeting at the front desk and the comfortable environment set the tone for the visit. I appreciated the courtesy of the assistant coming into the lobby to get me (instead of calling out my name from the door).
