Visit June 13, 2018 Everything went fine except the charges were not what I had been presented in my treatment plan. The tooth buildup charge was more than indicated.

Tooth extraction I had my molar tooth break and Dr. Davis tried to save it but root canal was out for a 3rd molar (roots are too deep and curve making root canal useless). Dr. Davis did the extraction and I could not have been happier, no more pain.

Unhappy with follow up after filling. I had a filling repaired 4 weeks ago. Went in today because the tooth has been extremely sensitive to cold liquids since the filling. I've had the cavity there for years and it's never hurt. I gave it the benefit of doubt that the pain would pass before I went back in. It hasn't. Doctor said to pretty much get over it. Its normal. I know when something isn't right. He just didn't care to hear that maybe he didn't fix the cavity correctly. Ill be going somewhere else for another opinion. ... read more

Not impressed This place tries to sell you a deep cleaning that is not necessary. In their opinion everyone has periodontal disease to some degree and will require expensive and useless treatment. I was told that to have my teeth surface cleaned, I would have to undergo the deep cleaning. Very unprofessional and I will not return.

Unprofessional My 8 y/o had teeth extracted. I wasn't allowed to be in the back with him. They told him that if he needed mom that they would get me. Well my son was asking for mom and they didn't get me. He said he was saying "OOWW" and they didn't stop the procedure. When they finally came to get me the procedure was done and he was really upset, saying he was hurting. They said "he was numbed so he shouldn't be hurting"; but he was!! Pain is subjective and specially to a child. Don't lie to the child!!

Left in waiting Room I would go back again. Things they need to improve on 1. Check on the Pt still in the waiting room, rather than ignore them and forget why they are there. I waited an hour and half because I was forgot about. I get the part of forgetting when you get busy, but when your the only person sitting in the waiting room, you think somebody would ask if they could help you. 2. They were not ready for me, so it felt out of place, like they were rushed now. They did do a very good job in answering all my questions... read more

I was a little bothered, my apt had to be moved because the computer was down. to a different day. The day it was reset for the Dr. that needed to see me was not even there so I had to set a second apt. Everybody seemed very nice and professional. except for that.
