Coming to Pacifica was a real comfortable transition with the help of Teresa. She was extremely kind, understanding and resourceful. I had toured 10 facilities in the Bay Area before discovering Pacifica Union City. Teresa gave me a tour and explained all the benefits of entering the Pacifica community. She facilitated in providing me with the necessary tools to transition my Stepmom out of the home and into a facility. In the halls she always makes it a point to check in and say Hi.
