Beautiful accommodations, caring, courteous staff, delicious gourmet meals. Many activities for tenants. Would highly recommend this facility!!!

Very sweet community. Your residents look very happy. I came by because my aunt lives in an assistant living in Bakersfield and we my move her north.

Excellent community, terrific and friendly staff make visiting a delight. The facilities are well maintained and clean, with amenities throughout the building. My interactions with the staff have all been very positive. They are quite service oriented. I’ve enjoyed interacting with every staff member and I have had exceptional experiences with [Removed]. I have come to Pacifica many times and I love the facility I notice most the activities staff. [Removed]. They are always happy and getting involved with the residents. The care staff are also very nice.

I toured several facilities in the area and none compared to Pacifica. I wanted my father to feel welcome and safe in his new home. The entire staff is amazing and they take excellent care of him. The facility is beautiful and immaculate, dining room food delicious and the care is top-notch. I highly recommend Pacifica.

Coming to Pacifica was a real comfortable transition with the help of [Removed]. She was extremely kind, understanding, and resourceful. I had toured 10 facilities in the Bay Area before discovering Pacifica Union City. [Removed] gave me a tour and explained all the benefits of entering the Pacifica community. She facilitated in providing me with the necessary tools to transition my stepmom out of the home and into a facility. In the halls she always makes a point to check-in and say hi.
