I gave a 3 on the overall experience because of billing issues, and communication issues. The care is of high quality and they seem to take an interest in the residents.

We loved Pacifica Union City! It was a very welcoming community with very attentive staff. They just love their patients and do whatever they can for them. The facility had a beautiful layout, and my loved one had her own room, unlike a lot of other facilities. It was very clean. They kept up with the laundry and all the cleaning. And I also liked that they offered 5 activities per day.

My loved one has been here for quite a while now. At the time when we were looking I loved the director and the atmosphere. The assisted living area of the community is very nice and clean. The staff were also super caring. My loved one is now in the memory care unit and I just had the opportunity to go visit there and it was night and day. It was not very clean at all and the room is not nearly as nice. The turnover rate since my loved one has been here has been incredibly high. This has been a great place for our mom. She enjoys her independence and the opportunities to socialize with other residents and staff. There is a very caring, loving staff here. They provide fun activities for the residents - even creative, safe ones during Covid (example: drive-by Valentines Day, etc.).

I am staying her at respite. I find this is a beautiful place. all the staff is very friendly and very caring. food is great. overall is very nice place to live

I came her as respite after my foot surgery. Staff is very caring, Food is great. Community is very beautiful. I am recommending to my friends already.

I am thankful for the lessons and experiences I am gaining from Pacifica Union City. Everyday is a different day. I enjoy the challenges and look forward to gaining more knowledge. My parents moved into Pacifica Senior Living at Union City 8/2020. My mother had Alzheimer's and passed away 11/2020, and my dad has vascular dementia and continues to live there. We chose this facility because the environment was much nicer than other places - patients have their own bedrooms and only need to share a bathroom with one other same-sex resident.
