My parents moved into Pacifica Senior Living at Union City 8/2020. My mother had Alzheimer's and passed away 11/2020, and my dad has vascular dementia and continues to live there. We chose this facility because the environment was much nicer than other places - patients have their own bedrooms and only need to share a bathroom with one other same-sex resident. We moved my father into this facility and the staff were very welcoming and caring from day 1. The maintenance team was able to get the room ready quickly and went above and beyond by assisting with my fathers furniture, which they didn't need to help with. The team fostered my dad as he came in not really wanting to change his ways, but after a short while hew as engaging with staff and other residents and having a great time socializing. I have been a member of Pacifica Senior living Union City for only a short time. The good people of my new surroundings have made my stay enjoyable one thus far and I am looking forward to a long relationship with all my fellow members and staff here at Pacifica. staff are so wonderful, food is great community is so clean.
