Mistakes happen. What I appreciate about about a company is their quick response to resolve a problem, and Michael at Ameri Care did that for us. His professional, kind, and quick response took a possibly bad experience back up to a great one. That's great customer service.
I had my first service today and Terry did a great job. When I set up the service a few days ago, all my questions were answered in detail by a specialist. I feel secure with this company.
I have been a customer with Ameri Care for the last 7 years and they have always provided excellent service! I highly recommend them! They don't over charge and are very honest people. We have had the same tech (Steve Craker) coming to spray for the last several years and I honestly can't say enough good things about him!
