Jim Nelson was very prompt, courteous and respectful. He explained the steps he would take during the termite inspection thoroughly and answered any questions I may have had during the appointment. I requested an estimate for a vapor barrier and he immediately contacted the office and provided me with an estimated cost before he completed the termite inspection on my house. I am extremely satisfied with the respect and courtesy Jim Nelson gave me during the termite inspection.
JIM NELSON was very prompt and courteous. Explained procedure very thoroughly and provided estimates for vapor barrier, obtained from the office, as requested.
Jim Nelson came to do my Termite inspection on time, did a thorough job, and was in very professional. I have a large dog barking at him and he was not in the least thrown off his game and kept to the task at hand.
