😡 I have had them for years and they always offered a “free” re-spray if needed. I recently called them to do a re-spray since we have a newborn just to be cautious as we have seen a few spiders. Mary answered and said this would be a free service and they come out and done the service and build me $65. I called back and spoke with Jacqueline, the owners niece if I’m not mistaken and she said that this was not a free service and they were charging me. They came out to encapsulate our basement, install a humidifier, and clean up mold from the floor beams and joists in our crawlspace. Instead they put down a plastic sheet, removed the old insulation, and cleaned up mold. 3 years later we find out the floor boards were so rotten there were no floor joists left which they failed to tell us about. My friend Jessica Hill used to work here and she told me how much this company lies and defrauds their customers.
If I needed pest or termite management and they were the only company on the planet I would take the time to get trained myself before I spent one dime with this company. Ask any realtor about their reputation and ask any (other) pest control service technician about their practices and you will hear some things that sound questionable. What a nightmare. Lies, deceit, and undeniable fraud. I have personally had two fowl dealings with this company, and have since heard absolute horror stories from others! Do your homework on these guys. They particularly target the elderly, and unfortunately get away with it. Please be careful.
This is a long review but there is so many things wrong with this company. To begin, I will say they used to be wonderful, cared about the quality of work they provided, took care of their employees etc. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. We were selling our house & the buyer was paying for the termite inspection. The guy that came, Jeff Lamb, told me that it was really bad under our house. However, we have always used Ameri Care. He then sent the report to me and my husband, which he should not have since the buyers had hired him. He quoted us close to $2500 for treatment of mold and mildew. He sent another report to the buyers that said there was no mildew or mold and quoted them $500 for termite treatment. The home inspector was there and went in after... read more
