After having witnessed, heard and seen how they treat employees I could never ever recommend this place. If you want quality work then you need quality employees. And when you have them you DON'T cuss them, threaten them and degrade them. You DON'T send them out to work without proper safety gear causing chemical burns and eye irritation severe enough to warrant a trip to the doctor. We had an encapsulation done in our crawlspace under our home. They did a decent job installing the encapsulation but they broke one of my drain pipes under the house. I have sent pictures to them from before and after proving they broke it but the owner won't even return my calls or contact me in any way. I have tried multiple times to contact him but he will not respond. Pretty disappointed with service related to a dehumidifier— I called three times this summer to have a filter replaced and never got service. The barrier they put in voided my termite contract, and now I have a drain line that is not working properly. Wish I had dealt with another company.
Driver cut us off on I24.. pushed us off the road.

A home I had under contract received a termite treatment by Ameri Care Services, Inc. A few weeks later I closed on the home. The owner Tom Swett personally performed the service. They drilled holes every 8 inches in the foundation, patio, and concrete carport (drilling the perimeter of 2/3 of the home). The drilling caused a crack in the foundation. I am giving Americare Services a Fair rating. I requested their services for moisture control in my crawl space which cost over 7000.00 to remove insulation, install a sump pump, dig a trench, install EZ breathe dehumidifier, install new vapor barrier, mold treatment, and install an Everlast Door (I don't recommend buying the door). I come from a family of long time Ameri Care customers. My parents are friends with the owners. Because of this, I did not hesitate to contact them this spring when I was bombarded with wasps and spiders. My first visit was great. Very punctual and professional. Unfortunately my pests returned, and I scheduled a re-treatement. 30 minutes into my scheduled appt time, no one had shown up. I had made plans based on that time, so I had to call and cancel.
