Stay away from this company! After several years they denied renewal of acupuncture liability insurance, and left me without coverage, after years of paying because I needed their legal advice. They will be happy to take your money and offer you very comprehensive coverage, but when you need them, they will leave you out.

I was with American acupuncture Council for 10 years. I decided to switch based on the many complaints of my colleagues on numerous acupuncture facebook groups. I contacted a representative to discuss how to get tail coverage and she told me that it would be free since I've been with them for 10 years. I closed my account and assumed that was taken care of. I later noticed a separate form to sign and signed the tail coverage form 30 days late. They are now completely refusing to give me tail coverage for the last 10 years an... read more

Tried to sign up with them and they held on to my application for 7 days, then when I finally got through I was told it was because I didn't supply information for my CT license. Well, I had a CT license that expired a couple of years ago when I used to be an AAC client. This time, I completed an application with all my Florida license data. They said they would send me an email immediately which I could reply to saying that I had made a mistake (apparently I am unable to tell what state I am in at any given moment) and t... read more
