Your tech arrived right on time and he was wearing a mask so I felt protected and that your company cares about their customers. Your tech, John was so friendly and knowledgeable, I felt as if I knew him for years. He answered all of my questions and quickly resolved my problems. He was a pleasure to have in my home.
We've been with American Alarm since 1990 and have never been disappointed. The service people are knowledgeable and have been very understanding when I've tripped the alarm by accident. Service has been reliable and great and yes, I use my alarm whenever I leave the house.
My experience with American Alarm Systems was outstanding! Peter came out to install my alarm system and talk about a clean installation.. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly after he finished the installation. I highly recommend AAS.
The sales staff,customer service and installation were all very professional. The installers arrived at my house on time and did a nice clean job. I am very happy with American Alarm.
The entire experience working with American Alarm was efficient and professional. Bobby (sales rep/engineer) was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided detailed information on what he was quoting. The installation team also did great work and kept us informed on their progress along the way. We chose to have them upgrade and provide continued service for our building alarm monitoring and security access control system.
