This company has lied and harassed me for two years. When I bought my condo two years ago their system was emitting a very high pitched beep into my home and after several requests, they were incapable of resolving the problem They told me multiple times that there was nothing wrong with it and are now saying that I "Broke It" and want me to pay $1925 to fix it. Had a panel that needed to be serviced for a faulty grounding wire. The first visit, they arrived an hour before they said they would and left because there was no one to let them in. The second visit, they were running late so I called to confirm their time, I was told the tech was stuck in traffic and would be there soon. 4 hours later no tech, so I called and was informed that the visit was canceled because traffic was bad.
