One of the best representatives any company can have on staff. Aerin made the process of shipping my vehicle as seamless as possible. I was informed by her every step of the way from pick up to delivery, and she even took care of a special request on the paperwork. As a business owner myself I would hire her in a heartbeat! Very timely and reasonably priced. This was a good experience from start to finish. The contract and the schedule was emailed immediately. It was great to see our car physically loaded on the trailer and it was delivered ahead of schedule.
Transport of my car went very quickly. Aerin walked me through the process and set up my order. She said my car would be shipped within 10 days of when it was ready I got a call the same day. My car was shipped the next day and received three days later. The driver was meticulous about documenting my car’s condition on both ends. Thank you for great service.

Searched about and called several transportation companies. American Auto Shipping had best rates by far so I thought I'd give them a chance. I spoke with representative William. He was very friendly and patient with me as I had several questions. The driver they hired was absolutely fantastic. He was very careful and delivered my vehicle the very next day! I never have shipped a car before and this went better than I ever could have thought!
