I was very worried about transporting my car, however Rachel from American Auto Shipping was very helpful. Rachel answered all my questions regarding the transportation and contacted me when my car was ready for delivery and after I received my car in New York. When I received my car in New York, I was worried that the long distance transportation may have caused damages to my car, but everything was fine. American Auto shipping Co. is quick response & excellent service. I'd shipped my car from NY to CA & Driver was excellent service, it takes only 3/half day. I am very happy about overall excellent Service.They are the best. previously, I used many different car moving Co. They are not as good service as American Auto shipping. so, good luck!

I would highly recommend this company to ship a car anywhere. They are very professional and courteous. We dealt with Andrew and he was very informative and extremely kind throughout the entire process. It was our very first time ever shipping a car and we were very unsure and worried in leaving our car in the hands of someone else. We had our car shipped from Chicago to Arizona and it was picked up and dropped off in the exact time slot that was promised to us originally. We will definitely be using them again.

I shipped a car from Boston to Austin and had a terrific experience with American Auto Shipping. The price was very reasonable, one of the lowest I could find. My car got picked up on the first day I selected and got to TX withing less than a week. I called the company several times with questions and there was never a wait. Andrew, my sales person, was very helpful. Absolutely will use them again.

This company did a great job at meeting my transport needs. With a small hiccup on pickup day scheduling, there team made sure my needs were met and my vehicles were picked up on time, actually ahead of schedule! The driver was very helpful and delivered my cars unharmed and on time.

Good with contacting via phone, emailing could be better. Overall good experience with set up. After received company to pick up car did check online about company, was skeptical because I didn’t find insurance covered. Car didn’t come on time but it did come in one piece so okay!

I really enjoyed both my driver and the service! However, I think there was an additional scratch on my car door. Would recommend again, but would say take pictures of car before shipping. Also, they offer a free wash 7 days after delivery which is a really nice perk!
