Fantastic service. Easy online quote followed by a short phone call to verify details. My vehicle was picked up and delivered the exact days I asked for. They are not kidding when they say "door-to-door." I have another vehicle to ship across the country and I will be using American Auto Shipping!

Once driver assigned it was super fast and beautifully done very respectful driver and car arrived perfect! Huge transport truck and was a comfort to see how carefully it was handled just took 7 full days to get assigned but that was because our area not a frequented drop off or pick up area I would use this company again

Having 24/7 customer service is very convenient, and the fact that their service can answer any question you have for them makes it even better. That alone is a good reason to choose them. In addition the price was very good, it was under 1000 dollars to ship my car from NY to CA, and the quote is exact and quick.

I placed an order for shipping my car from VT to CA. They were very nice, informative, and took time to walk me through the process. All my questions were answered in a timely manner through email or phone call. They kept me informed through out the process. Once they found a driver they emailed me estimated pickup and shipping dates. The car was picked up on the date they told me. But the shipping took 2 additional days from the estimated shipping date I was emailed. Again that did not bother me as it still arrived promptly... read more
