Very satisfied with the service. Professional and responsive. Their staff contacted me before the pick up and after the delivery for confirmation. I had 2 cars to ship across the country and everything went pretty smoothly. I used standard service and yet my cars were picked up almost at the same date that I put in my order.
Was very quick and responsive when I had questions, kept me updated on shipment details, and extremely professional and helpful. Would rate 10 stars out of 5 if I could.
Car delivered safely for a good price! Was driven across America (Ca -> Ma) very far and in good condition for less than $900. Would definitely recommend. They are good with checking up and keeping you updated. Great customer service, thanks Rachel!

I recently started looking into getting my Subaru crosstrek transported from VT to FL. I came across American Auto Shipping and I had an amazing experience! Mike and Rachel were very helpful, clear, and professional. It took about 4 business days to get a shipper, but I am very happy with the entire process. Mark (the driver) was great! He got my car here safely and he made sure to do a video inspection at pick up in Vermont. I 100% recommend this company to do business with!

Excellent shipping company. They provided an online quote, no hassle, and didn’t require any up front personal information. I’ve used shipping companies/brokers before, for cross country shipping of my vehicles, so far these guys are the best. Door to door shipping, excellent communication, I gave them a date and time frame when they could pick up my vehicle and they did on the first date, and my vehicle arrived early.
