I just love Madeleine. She has been my PA for probably 3 years now. She is young but very knowledgeable. She really cares about you and I feel like I have known her forever. She is patient, never rushes you, answers all the questions you might have (usually I have a lot). Highly recommend her.

This office is okay but the receptionist is terrible! She does not let you talk and tried to argue with you over the phone. She did not even ask the reason why we need to call in to cancel the appointment! She just keep mention you need to pay $150 for canceling late. My mom is 77 year old and she is have an appointment but she not feeling well. You dont want to get the old lady in the office if she is have a cold and flu! Front desk staff is unfriendly and OBSTRUCTIVE to patient care; they seem to do everything they can to deflect your concerns without realizing the medical impact.
RUN, RUN, RUN. I never even saw a "real" doctor in my couple of years at that office, only PACs where the turnover seemed to be every 6 months. Receptionist barely speaks English, so every phone call or conversation with her was a struggle. Nurse couldn't draw blood and I was sent away. When I complained to the office manager on the phone, her English was very bad and she was condescending and rude.
