DO NOT SEE DR VAN NGUYEN. Literally the WORST doctor I've been to. After waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time, I was finally seen by a technician (who was AWESOME!), but things went way down hill after that. Dr Ngyuen was rushing though the appointment - kept cutting me off when trying to explain my medical history and then went to the next questions. She was also not addressing my concerns that I brought up and kept saying that because it was only a physical appointment that I would have to come in for another visit... read more
It’s a nightmare trying to get the doctor to renew the expired regular online pharmacy’s medicines. Within one week, after three phone calls and three visits to the doctor’s office, I’m still knocking on the wood. The Vietnamese speaking front desk clerk was really bossy on the phone after checking out my date of birth (I’m 77 year old) at my third phone call.
