Pros: End product looks gorgeous, sufficient communication, and reasonably priced. One gate door was damaged by area storms before the install. It was replaced and the company did not require payment until afterwards. Cons: Initiation of the work was at the tail end of the contracted timeframe and a delay over errors extended our wait even longer Neutral: The company initiated the project with the wrong color (white versus tan), offered to restart or compensate 5.8%.
