Bad experience all the way around - took longer than promised, had to call repeatedly for updates, gates don’t work, made huge mess in our yard.
They put an extremely expensive fence in for our neighbors. Here is our view of the fence. Rip off and poor work. we complained to our neighbor about it as we had agreed to pay for our part of the fence. And she says they refuse to get back to her. We have not paid the neighbor yet as I think they either need to fix our fence or give us a discount

I called to schedule somebody to come look at my lawn. I believed I was talking with a different landscape company that I know and trust. As it turns out, American has been able to take the phone number of a different landscape company and is using it to steal business when people call. I was very very clear that I was calling for a specific person and asked for him by name. What an experience. Not a good experience in any way. Late starting the job, bad workmanship and not done according to our requirements. Here we are two months later and no caps on the posts and the gates need to be redone. We have called them numerous times and there has been no follow up on their part. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
