So far we have had nothing but a horrible experience! Located in Ankeny, IA we have had fence post for 3 weeks now but no railings. We have been told numerous times that someone would be out to work on it, but no one has showed. If you are searching for a fence company I would highly recommend using a different company.
So far customer service is satisfactory, working in the industry I feel they could do much better at working with home owners, not just who's paying to have the fence put in but the neighbors also on what's going to happen, time frame, etc. The one main issue I have so far is NO notice (done out of respect I understand) of when a fence is going to be taken down in the residential areas. They need to be better at communicating with all home owners schedules, options, etc.
