Same as always; seamless transaction, I pay, I stay insured. The real test will surface if I ever have to use it. Like most insurances, non use doesn't reap a benefit of at least a small percentage of a refund, after 20 plus years of patronage. Even a one time discounted rate as an incentive to stay with AMC insurance, would be agreeable. Just my thoughts.
